Nancy is a Northern Vermont native who moved from the remote; quiet life in Richford, VT to the active community in Rutland, VT in 1989. After two 10+ year long business dealings, she pursued her longing for a Real Estate career in 2001 with Coldwell Banker Watson Realty which is now Watson Realty & Associates, PLC. 
She strives to offer custom multimedia marketing and personal service to all her clients and to establish a lifelong relationship during and after a sale, she is a fulltime Realtor®, and  the Broker/Owner of Watson Realty & Associates.  Nancy is very active in the community from organizing local events to being a member of the Rutland City Rotary. Specializing in first time home buyers, second homes, multifamilies, vacation/second/luxury homes, foreclosures and land. She prides herself in offering real estate services on specific areas where she has been most successful: Rutland, Killington, Castleton & Ludlow.

During the Covid -19 Pandemic, Nancy started a Facebook group called "Help Vermont LIGHT UP the World.  She inspired members from all over the world to put back up their holiday lights and to construct lit-up wooden stars as a thank you to all our Essential Workers and to brighten everyone's days while in quarantine.  Her Facebook page climbed to over 28,000+ members within a couple weeks.
