Nancy is a Northern Vermont native who moved from the remote; quiet life in Richford, VT to the hustle and bustle of Rutland, VT in 1989. After two 10+ year long business dealings, she pursued her longing for a Real Estate career in 2001 with Coldwell Banker Watson Realty. 
She strives to offer custom multimedia marketing and personal service to all her clients and to establish a lifelong relationship during and after a sale, she is a fulltime Realtor®, EPro and very active in the community. Specializing in Foreclosures, first time home buyers, second homes, multifamilies and land. She prides herself in offering real estate services on specific areas where she has been most successful: Rutland, Killington, Castleton & Ludlow.
