The town of Killington is best known for Killington Resort, the popular ski and snowboard resort. Originally called “Sherburne,” the town voted in 1999 to change its name to Killington, partly to allay confusion of visitors and tourists. Killington Vermont real estate includes trailside condos, townhouses, and rentals of all kinds. Vacation homes, second homes, and primary residences can be found in the Killington Vermont real estate market, and on both the Killington peak and Pico peak of the resort.
